Cherry Creek Estate Avocado Oil purchased via the online store may be returned to us as shipped and unopened within 14 days of the order at our discretion and if arranged in advance. Gift certificates are unable to be returned for a refund, however they are transferable. Any refunds given will be given minus all shipping costs. Please contact info@cherrycreek.estate if you have a returns enquiry for both approval and arrangements.
Refunds:
Due to the perishable nature of our avocado oil, we reserve the right of refusal offer refunds if bottles have been opened and used. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hrs of receiving your order. We are dedicated to addressing any concerns promptly and finding a suitable solution.
Store Credit/gift cards:
In cases where the product does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer you store credit for the purchase price of the affected item. This store credit can be used towards your next purchase from our online store.
